Process
Main goal
The business goal was to improve the user conversion rate and downloads of the app. They had the hypothesis that the main problem why people was not downloading and using the app was because of the dashboard.
Problem statement
Along through the design sprint process we started to notice that the dashboard was not the main problem, the actual problem statement was the offer cognitive load. Users were getting overwhelmed in too many actions and services.
So, knowing this we decided to tackle the problem by clustering all the services and give a more smooth understanding. After a brainstorm of ideas and sketching everybody got to vote the best idea.
Usability testing
Once the idea was chosen, my dupla and I started with the lo-fi wireframes. After some iterations we designed mid-fi wireframes to prototype for the usability testings.
Meanwhile, UX research, worked on the conducting script that will guide the user in the process so we can get the highlights that will validate or not our hypothesis.
